It is hard to leave our furry baby but we know she is in good hands. They even sent an update and picture when surgery was finished. Dr. Dugan is the best.​​​​​​​

I have been taking my pets here since 2020 when I first moved to Wichita! I know they’re always going to be there when my pets need them! They’re very thorough with their care. I love that they reach out after appointments to check on my fur babies after care!

The doctor and staff were awesome on RayJ’s first visit. Everyone was kind and took the time to answer all of my questions. I really appreciated this and we definitely look forward to his next visit in September for annual vaccinations and teeth cleaning. Thanks to everyone!!! We had our visit in September for a teeth cleaning/extraction, vaccinations and ear infection. Everything went well and I definitely appreciated the doctor and staff keeping me apprised of RayJ’s procedures and condition throughout the day. Look forward to his recheck this week. The entire staff was wonderful and I know RayJ made new friends while there. Thanks to everyone for a good experiences. Very thankful that the staff was able to see RayJ on a Saturday morning due to the pain he was feeling from the compressed discs in his back. So far he has done well with the pain killer and anti inflammatory meds we took home. We are trying to follow Dr Dugan’s instructions for limited movement at home and I look forward to talking with her again with regards to follow up laser therapy to potentially manage the situation. Thanks to the staff for being so attentive to RayJ that morning.

I have had great experiences with Oakcrest. They are very caring staff and doctors. They call often to check in. I was happy to find this vet after moving to Wichita.

The entire staff is wonderful especially in the most depressing situations. They all love animals and it shows with their prodigious care they have always shown my beasties.​​​​​​​

When my pet stopped eating and was acting not herself I had to start calling around to find somewhere to take her. I googled vets near me and this was the first that popped up. I didn’t realize it was 40 miles away but when I called the staff was so empathetic and caring it made me set an appointment. I called at 7:45am and they were ready to see her at 8:30am the same day! I called my local place and the lady had such a bad attitude I decided to take the drive. They didn’t disappoint. Everyone was amazing! From lobby staff to the beautiful woman who did my pets emergency surgery. I couldn’t have asked for better care for my baby. They called and checked on her and I truly know she was taken GREAT care of. It was a hard moment in time but the Oakcrest staff made it less stressful for sure. Thank you! Oakcrest is a wonderful place for our aged dog. We recently moved to KS from WA and they've taken excellent care of our girl since we arrived. The staff are all pleasant and caring. The doctors are informative and thorough. They offer many different solutions for our geriatric dog and her health issues. Scheduling has been great and communication is great. I highly recommend them!

Love everyone at Oakcrest. We have had a few more than a few emergency instances with our dog Nova and they’ve never hesitated to take her in to determine what’s wrong. Nova is always happy to see everyone here, she must know the care and love they have for her too. Endless thank yous for all they’ve done.

They also always ask for permission before proceeding with anything to ensure the owner is aware of the costs associated. The transparency is also appreciated.

I had a great new patient visit to give my dog vaccines. Everyone from front desk to vet was kind and helpful. My vet tech, I wish I could remember her name, was so great with my dog Basil giving her peanut butter and treats for a no-fear experience. The hospital came highly recommended by Sister’s Vet, when I was looking for a new vet in the area! I’m pretty sure Basil is going to tug me into the vet next time we go.

All the doctors and staff are great. Always listen to my concerns and answer my questions. Great staff in front and in back that are always happy to help you.

Everyone from reception, to the vet tech, to the vet herself made us feel welcome and cared for. I’ve been to several vet offices in Wichita over the years and Oakcrest is hands down my favorite!

The best vet I've visited! Their office is clean, and the staff and doctors were friendly to both me and my dog. The doctors clearly cared a lot about my dog's health and wellbeing, treated him well, and excellently communicated about what they were doing and why.
