coronavirus update

Oakcrest Pet Hospital is committed to being here for you and your best friend, and we will continue to make your health and safety our number one priority when you visit our hospital.

Some of the safety measures we continue to observe include: having hand sanitizing units around the hospital, increasing the frequency of our cleaning practices, and using plexiglass barriers where possible.  Likewise, we continue to offer curbside care to our clients. If curbside care is chosen, a veterinary technician will meet the client at his/her car and receive the pet.  They will go over the treatment plan and the pet will be taken into the hospital to receive the care he/she needs.  The doctor will speak to the client via phone or curbside.

Our hospital is open to the public for appointments, prescription pick-up, and more.  Face masks are no longer required but still recommended for those that are not vaccinated.

We will continue to follow the CDC guidelines and recommendations of Sedgwick County and update our hospital policies and protocols as the COVID situation changes.  We appreciate everyone's patience and cooperation as we get through this trying time.

As always, thank you for trusting us with your pet's veterinary care.  It is a joy to have you and your best friend at our hospital.
